EXCITING ANNOUNCEMENT.. WELL FOR ME IT IS! I'M ALIVE! Thank you for the many prayers, cards and letters. The last year has been the most challenging in my life literally. The Lord knew what was in store for me so He sent me Dr. Phil to prepare me to not only survive but thrive what should have killed me. So, big tease here, coming soon.... THE HEART OF THE WILDCAT! By the way, my website is getting an extreme makeover too! Thank you for stopping by my website. I hope OUR site can serve as an inspiration and assistance to all of you who have supported me through this entire challenge. Dr. Phil changed my life both internally and externally by teaching me the seven keys in his book "The Ultimate Weight Solution". How can I possibly repay him for what he has given me? My life's passion now is to continue his message and help him with his movement across America of taking control of our lives and our weight.

We have summarized my journey from start to end by making available to the public various forms of documentation. This documentation includes my own journal entries, e-mails, charts, etc. This has all been displayed in the timeline format above.
