Dr. Phil Weight Loss Journal: 24 August 2003






STEPS IN REACHING MY GOAL WEIGHT:

1) I will eat regularly
2) I will master the seven keys in this book.
3) I will NOT eat after 8 pm
4) I will learn to manage stress in my life and absolutely not turn to food as solace to anxiety.
5) I will be my own best friend and cheerleader!

I will begin reversing the negative momentum I had before into positive steps and goals that are critical for me to succeed in the long haul. I AM DRIVEN TO SHED POUNDS, KEEP THEM AND LIVE MY LIFE IN A HEALTHY POSITIVE WAY! I REFUSE TO ALLOW MYSELF TO TEST THE WATERS JUST TO SEE HOW IT GOES! That’s stupid anyway. I’ve done that in the past and look where it got me! Homey ain’t going there again!
