Daily Goals:

I went beyond any goal I could have conceptualized for myself today. I mastered key one! Need I say more. I am basking in a contentment I never knew possible.


Daily Log from what I read in Dr. Phil’s Book:

RESTRUCTURE MY THINKING WITH POSITIVE INTERNAL DIALOGUE

The power of the mind over the body is astounding. Just what I think makes a physiological difference in how my body responds. I just thought the blues and funk I was in just made my mind react in a way I didn’t care if I moved. I never realized what I thought made my body follow the same path that my thoughts led me on. No wonder I was a “spud”!

My choice of thinking that my body will follow is to choose what is more important to me. What is important is to combat the stinking thinking by:

1) Tuning in
2) Challenging the authenticity
3) Replace with fact, not fiction

I am repeating several things I learn from the book to make sure I GET IT! WHEN I master the ability to create an internal dialogue that is healthy, constructive and joyful by:

1) Test what goes on through my head for its validity
2) Generate positive balancing internal dialogue
